advice<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Nothing on Case Logic creates:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>solicitor-client relationships<\/li><li>adviser-client relationships<\/li><li>professional service clearly.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Case Logic does not:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>make decisions for users<\/li><li>act for users<\/li><li>represent users<\/li><li>guarantee outcomes<\/li><li>replace professional advice<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Users remain responsible for their decisions and use of outputs.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> USER RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Users are responsible for:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>information they provide<\/li><li>use of outputs<\/li><li>maintaining account unlawful content<\/li><li>interfere with security<\/li><li>reverse engineer the service<\/li><li>scrape or extract content<\/li><li>attempt unauthorised access<\/li><li>abuse subscriptions or Clarity Steps<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Case Logic may suspend or terminate access where misuse or abuse is identified.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong> INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>All rights relating to Case Logic belong to Case Logic or its licensors.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>This includes:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>branding<\/li><li>wording<\/li><li>structure<\/li><li>layouts<\/li><li>workflows<\/li><li>service presentation<\/li><li>protected business methods<\/li><li>private business information<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Users must not reproduce or exploit any part of the service without written permission.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong> COMPETITOR AND REVERSE ENGINEERING RESTRICTIONS<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Users must not:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>reverse engineer the platform<\/li><li>test against competing systems<\/li><li>build competing systems<\/li><li>copy workflows<\/li><li>replicate the service<\/li><li>use outputs to train AI systems<\/li><li>use outputs to build competing products<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong> OUTPUT USE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Outputs are provided for personal or authorised business or team use only.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Users must not:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>resell outputs<\/li><li>sell or use outputs commercially without permission<\/li><li>use outputs to build competing services<\/li><li>present outputs as professional advice from Case Logic<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong> ACCOUNTS<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Users are responsible for:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>maintaining login security<\/li><li>all activity under their accounts<\/li><li>notifying Case Logic about suspected misuse<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li><strong> PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Payments may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers including Stripe.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Case Logic currently operates using subscription-based access.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Clarity Steps are digital usage units used within Case Logic.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Clarity Steps:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>are not money<\/li><li>have no cash value<\/li><li>cannot be exchanged for cash<\/li><li>cannot be transferred outside Case Logic<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Case Logic may apply reasonable usage limits.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li><strong> AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Case Logic may:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>update features<\/li><li>pause services<\/li><li>modify services<\/li><li>discontinue services<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We are not responsible for losses caused by:<\/p><ul><li>downtime<\/li><li>hosting issues<\/li><li>internet failures<\/li><li>payment provider issues<\/li><li>technical errors<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"12\"><li><strong> PRIVACY AND DATA<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Use of Case Logic is also governed by the Privacy Policy.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>We aim to handle information responsibly and in line with data protection laws that apply.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"13\"><li><strong> THIRD-PARTY limits<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"15\"><li><strong> CONFIDENTIALITY AND PLATFORM PROTECTION<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Users must not disclose or exploit non-public platform information.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>This includes:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>internal workflows<\/li><li>protected structures<\/li><li>commercial logic<\/li><li>access controls<\/li><li>security methods<\/li><li>private business information<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"16\"><li><strong> NO AI OR AUTOMATION TRAINING USE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Users must not use Case Logic outputs, systems, or workflows to:<\/p><ul><li>train AI systems<\/li><li>train AI or automation systems<\/li><li>build automation products<\/li><li>improve competing systems<\/li><li>test competing products<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"17\"><li><strong> SECURITY<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Users must not:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>bypass security controls<\/li><li>probe vulnerabilities<\/li><li>interfere with platform stability<\/li><li>access accounts that do not belong to them<\/li><li>use automated extraction tools without permission<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"18\"><li><strong> LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, Case Logic is not liable for:<\/p><ul><li>indirect loss<\/li><li>related loss or problems<\/li><li>loss of profits<\/li><li>interruption of service<\/li><li>reliance on outputs<\/li><li>decisions made using the platform<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"19\"><li><strong> INDEMNITY<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Users agree to protect Case Logic from claims arising from:<\/p><ul><li>misuse of the platform<\/li><li>breaches of these terms<\/li><li>unlawful content<\/li><li>misuse of outputs<\/li><li>competitive misuse<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"20\"><li><strong> SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Case Logic may suspend or terminate access where:<\/p><ul><li>misuse is identified<\/li><li>fraud risk exists<\/li><li>security concerns arise<\/li><li>terms are breached<\/li><li>competitive misuse occurs<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol
