Because access to Clarity Steps and subscription features may begin immediately after payment, refunds are generally not provided once access or usage has started.<\/p>

We may review refund requests where:<\/p>

  • duplicate payments occurred<\/li>
  • billing errors occurred<\/li>
  • technical issues prevented access<\/li>
  • payment processing errors occurred<\/li>
  • refunds are required by laws that apply<\/li><\/ul>

    REFUNDS ARE GENERALLY NOT PROVIDED WHERE:<\/strong><\/p>

    • subscription access has already begun<\/li>
    • Clarity Steps have already been used<\/li>
    • a user changes their mind after purchase<\/li>
    • a subscription was not cancelled before renewal<\/li>
    • a user expected legal or professional advice<\/li>
    • there has been misuse of the service<\/li><\/ul>
